GEL POLISH BEGINNERS COURSE

Our Gel polish course is designed for existing nail technicians wishing to add to their service menu. Anyone wishing to attend this course will need to be qualified in Manicure as a minimum qualification or have previously attended a Hazel Dixon Nails Acrylic beginners course as a requirement.

PLEASE note: This course involves an online theory element that needs to be completed before attending your 1st day of practical. (If you have completed the HD Online theory previously then this element will not need to be repeated)

You will need access to a mobile, laptop, tablet or similar to complete this course. You have access for 4 weeks before your practical day to complete this work.  For more info please email us at hazeldixonnails@yahoo.co.uk

This course is ACCREDITED by  ABT 

You will gain access to your online theory element of this course 1 month before your 1st practical day, this needs to be completed before day 1 - To gain access all course payments need to be paid in full.

This course is spread out over several weeks to ensure you are confident in all aspects of this course. During this time you will attend your practical days and have access to your educator throughout as well as our Facebook student support group.

You will also have access to our NEW online video resources section via your personal STUDENT PORTAL, this is where you can watch pre-recorded demos on the techniques you've learnt in class as a refresher and you can upload your case studies for your portfolio.

 *PLEASE NOTE* You must complete and attend the practical day, successfully complete all practical exams.

COURSE DURATION:

Day 1 - 10AM-4PM

Day 2 - 10AM - 1PM

COURSE CONTENT: 

Product knowledge, application techniques: 1 colour & french, nail preparation, removal, aftercare.

 WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

Usual tools of the trade, Uv or Led lamp, Cuticle pro pusher, cuticle nippers, Various gel polish colours ( red, white,pink,black etc) Gel polish base & top, Gel brush, Cleanser, Gauze pads and you will need to come with no product on your nails and not bitten nails.
